Beach Cabins Covid-Safe policy

Beach Cabins Merimbula has registered as COVID Safe with the NSW Government and as such have a Covid Safe plan including specific processes detailed below, to assist with your peace of mind during your stay.

Contactless check in:
We allow our guests the option to proceed directly to their accommodation without having to go to reception first.

Tap and go payments:
These can be made at reception, or payments can be made via EFT into our bank account, or over the phone via credit card.
 
Covid Signage:
Signage has been positioned throughout the park with relevant information such as maximum occupancy in communal areas.
Signage has also been placed in each cabin, encouraging guests to wash hands regularly, wipe down surfaces after use and maintain physical distancing.

Disinfectant and Hand sanitiser:
Cleaning / disinfectant spray and cloth has been placed in each cabin and in communal areas. Extra hand sanitiser is also available at reception 

Cleaning:
All housekeeping staff have completed online Covid Safe training and are equipped with PPE. All cabins are sprayed with disinfectant on check out; after which a 2-stage cleaning process is followed with all surfaces disinfected after cleaning.
