Beach Cabins Merimbula is an ideal option for your next beach holiday. With the beach, bush and lake all just a stroll down the lawn, as well as our extensive facilities; you can enjoy the unspoilt natural beauty of our area whilst still being close to town. Stay
Accommodation:
Our Studio Cabins are ideal for couples: These one-roomed cabins are en-suite and are self-contained with kitchenette, fridge, microwave and TV. Click here for a short video showing the cabin layout. Pick from either a Beachfront setting with lovely ocean views, or a Park-setting (same cabin configuration, just without the views).
We also have a 1-bedroom cabin which has a bedroom en-suite (double bed) and a separate kitchen / living room including a sofa bed. Click here for a short video showing the cabin layout.
Alternatively, if you prefer more room, choose our 2-bedroom family cabins . These have 2 bedrooms with separate kitchen / living room and are situated on the beachfront side, lakeside, or park setting within the park. Click here for a short video showing the cabin layout.

Facilities:
Beach Cabins Merimbula is well set up for couples: Our Barbecue area, Pool and Communal room are centrally located in the park, with easy access from all cabins. For more info, see our Facilities page.
Barbecues: We have a central undercover barbecue area with 2 large hotplate bbqs as well as another 2 flame-grill bbqs outside our communal room.
Communal Room: Has a full-sized oven, fridge, microwave, coffee machine, books, board games and TV.
Pool: Our solar-heated pool is next to the Barbecue area in the middle of the park which is also conveniently close to the volleyball / badminton net for a quick cool down between games! Enjoy a cooling dip, or relax on one of our poolside sun lounges.
Dine
Restaurants, Cafes and Takeaways:
Merimbula has a range of excellent restaurants from fine dining to value-for-money options. Our clubs (RSL club and Bowling Club) also have courtesy buses. For a full list of options and recommendations, look through our Restaurant, café and Takeaway Guide.
Also, don’t forget the Eat Merimbula food festival in March, with local restaurants and food producers’ gourmet offerings on display for you to sample!

Restaurants:
Ritzy Wine and Tapas Bar has a relaxed atmosphere with an excellent wine and beer list and a fantastic tapas menu.
Dulcies Café offers a cosy, relaxed pub-style setting with great music, excellent cocktails or beer / wine list, and arguably the best burgers on the coast! Sit in the pub / restaurant or under the trees outside.
Wheelers Seafood Restaurant and Oyster Bar is a perfect option for a special night out to enjoy Merimbula’s famous Sydney Rock Oysters at their Oyster Bar, or enjoy a meal from their extensive menu, including many seafood options.
The Wharf Restaurant is just around the corner from the Beach Cabins and has unbeatable views over Merimbula Bay. Enjoy a cocktail in the sun on their deck and an excellent meal from their extensive menu.
There are a range of other options, including the Clubs (Merimbula RSL and Club Sapphire) for excellent value-for-money dining, as well as many Takeaway restaurants to consider; many of whom will deliver directly to your cabin. Feel free to call in at reception for their details.
Cafes:
The Waterfront Café offers excellent brekkie and lunch options on the lakeside in town.
Bar Beach Kiosk (only 2 mins from the Beach Cabins) overlooks the iconic Bar Beach and is open from Oct – Apr.
Mormors Cafe is in a quaint shopping arcade where you can sit inside or under the trees outside
Cranky Café is across the bridge at Fishpen, opposite Main Beach and has either dine-in or takeaway options for brekkie or lunch.
Takeaways:
Fishpen Takeaway opposite Main Beach in Fishpen is well known for fish and chips as well as burgers
For Thai food, Yummy Thai by Hot Wok is recommended
For pizza takeaways (or dine-in options too) we recommend Grapevine Pizza and Duci’s Italian Restaurant
